My business has flourished thanks to my past clients. I have a 97% referral-based business. What does that mean? Client confidence in my services is the best recommendation. My clients know that the advice I give them is with their best interest in mind. Otherwise, why would they recommend me so often and contact me whenever they need me for advice?

Knowing how to sell your property is not learned overnight. It comes from studying the market, knowing your audience and putting systems in place to get the property sold. I have a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing. I have been in the real estate business for 7 years and have been a real estate broker for 3 years. I have also held a mortgage broker's license since 1995, so that I can assist my clients with their financial questions, whether or not the financing is being done through me.

By keeping abreast of new technologies and educational tools, I can provide my clients with the latest and best tools available to assist them in either their purchase or their sale.
I have received the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, proving my commitment to residential sales. Only 4% of all 1-million+ Realtors have the CRS designation.
I have the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation, acknowledging my expertise in helping buyers through all stages of the buying process.
